Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact across an entire district. This contract opportunity spans the academic school year, from August 26, 2026, to June 15, 2027, and offers a full-time commitment of 35 hours per week.
In this role, you’ll take the lead in designing and overseeing evidence-based behavioral assessments and personalized intervention plans, ensuring each student’s unique needs are met with care and precision. By providing direct support and consultation, you’ll not only work one-on-one with students, but will also collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents—cultivating the skills and strategies necessary for student success both in and out of the classroom. Your partnership with external agencies will be pivotal, strengthening the web of support available to students and families throughout the district.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a practicing Behavior Analyst
- Strong understanding of behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with school personnel and outside agencies
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individualized behavioral assessments and develop targeted intervention plans
- Implement and monitor ongoing interventions, making data-driven adjustments as needed
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents
- Maintain clear records and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Liaise with external agencies to coordinate wraparound services for students
