Contract | Onsite | Weekend Evenings – Saturday, Sunday, and Monday 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM (12-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MRI examinations in accordance with established protocols and physician orders
- Prepare and position patients for MRI scans to ensure optimal image quality
- Operate and maintain MRI equipment safely and effectively
- Review images for quality and completeness prior to radiologist review
- Adhere to MRI safety screening procedures for patients, staff, and visitors
Required Qualifications
- ARRT certification in Radiography or MRI (MR)
- Active state licensure as required
- Current BLS certification
- Demonstrated experience operating MRI equipment in a clinical setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a high-volume or academic medical environment
- Familiarity with a variety of MRI protocols and scanner platforms
