- Night Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise assembly of electronic components and sub-assemblies. If you have a steady hand, an eye for detail, and a passion for continuous improvement, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and final products by strictly following work instructions and engineering drawings.
- Utilize specialized equipment including microscopes, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment to ensure all products meet stringent quality requirements.
- Read and interpret assembly process documents and work instructions accurately.
- Handle a variety of components, ranging from microscopic parts requiring visual magnification to larger assemblies.
- Operate hand tools (tweezers, rulers, cutters) and pneumatic tools (torque drivers, screwdrivers) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate data entry related to production processes and task confirmation.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong focus on quality and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions with precision.
- Willingness to learn and become certified in J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610 standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics assembly.
- Working knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures and test equipment.
