  • Day Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Night Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the precise assembly of electronic components and sub-assemblies. If you have a steady hand, an eye for detail, and a passion for continuous improvement, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and final products by strictly following work instructions and engineering drawings.
  • Utilize specialized equipment including microscopes, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment to ensure all products meet stringent quality requirements.
  • Read and interpret assembly process documents and work instructions accurately.
  • Handle a variety of components, ranging from microscopic parts requiring visual magnification to larger assemblies.
  • Operate hand tools (tweezers, rulers, cutters) and pneumatic tools (torque drivers, screwdrivers) safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate data entry related to production processes and task confirmation.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Strong focus on quality and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions with precision.
  • Willingness to learn and become certified in J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610 standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with electrical and/or micro-electronics assembly.
  • Working knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures and test equipment.
