Our organization is looking for a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to become part of our well-established practice at a critical access hospital, catering to a large rural population with a pressing demand for urological care.
Position Highlights
- Practice Environment: Inpatient, outpatient, operating room, and emergency consultations
- Patient Load: 8-15+ patients daily with 3-8 procedures each week
- Operating Room Schedule: 2 days per week
- On-Call Duties: 10 days per month
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
Clinical ResponsibilitiesSurgical Procedures:
- Biopsies and procedures for kidney stones
- Interventions guided by diagnostic imaging
- Cancer treatment procedures
Office-Based Services:
- Urodynamics testing
- Office biopsies and vasectomies
- Lupron injections and bladder scans
- General urological consultations
Hospital Services:
- Consultations in the emergency department
- Inpatient consultations and management
- Collaborative care with various specialties

Qualifications
- Board certification or eligibility in Urology
- Experience in urogynecology is preferred but not mandatory
