Job DescriptionAbout the Role:Insource Design & Manufacturing TEC is looking for a skilled CNC Programmer to join our growing team in Manchester, NH. Responsibilities:
- Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs for machining operations using CAM software
- Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications
- Perform first-article inspections and in-process quality checks to ensure tight tolerances
- Troubleshoot and resolve programming, tooling, and machining issues
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes
- Maintain accurate documentation of programs, tooling, and setups
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in CAM software (Mastercam2027, SolidWorks 2026)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings
- Experience with multi-axis CNC milling and/or turning operations
- Strong understanding of tooling, fixturing, and machining best practices
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and precision
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Be able to program 3,4 and 5axis is a must
- Design experience is a must
