Oncology Nurse Navigator – Key Responsibilities\n
- \n
- Coordinate patient care from cancer diagnosis through treatment.
- Educate and support patients and their families throughout the care journey.
- Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacy, infusion staff, and other healthcare departments.
- Facilitate care coordination, referrals, and treatment planning.
- Provide occasional chemotherapy infusions as needed.
- Advocate for patients and ensure continuity of care.

Required Qualifications\n
- \n
- Current RN license.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Provider Certification.
- Previous oncology patient navigation or care coordination experience.
- Oncology infusion experience.
- Strong communication, patient education, and interdisciplinary care coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications\n

- Experience using EPIC Beacon.
\n

Strong organizational, communication, and patient advocacy skills are essential.
