 Are you looking for a career in construction with opportunity for advancement?&nbsp; Richards Corporation is currently seeking highly motivated construction equipment operators. Duties 
<ul>
<li>Operate heavy equipment such as excavator, loader, bulldozer, skid steer, etc</li>
<li>Prepare construction sites for building, demolition, or excavation</li>
<li>Dig holes and trenches</li>
<li>Prepare building sites for parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, etc.</li>
<li>Inspects and fuels equipment</li>
</ul>
Requirements 
<ul>
<li>MA Hoisting License</li>
<li>OSHA 10 certified preferred</li>
<li>Reliable transportation.</li>
<li>Pass a background check.</li>
<li>Pass a pre-employment drug test.</li>
<li>Be at least 18 years of age.</li>
<li>Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.</li>
<li>Ability to work in all weather.</li>
<li>Be punctual and reliable.</li>
<li>The ability to safely use hand and power tools.</li>
