About the Role:
Stanza Del Sigari Inc is looking for a charismatic and polished Door Attendant / Host to be the first face guests see when they walk through our doors in Boston, MA. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, creating a memorable first impression
- Manage door access and ensure a smooth, organized flow of guests entering the establishment
- Assist with reservations, waitlists, and seating coordination
- Communicate effectively with floor staff and management to optimize guest experience
- Maintain a professional, composed presence during busy periods and high-volume events
- Enforce establishment policies regarding entry in a courteous and respectful manner
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about the venue and its offerings
Requirements:
- Prior experience in hospitality, front-of-house, or guest services preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Ability to remain calm, courteous, and efficient in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 21 or older
- Ability to stand for 7 + hours
