Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

- A valid and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
- A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain a therapeutic alliance with clients in a virtual environment.
- Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others are essential to effectively support clients through their mental health journeys.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload efficiently while completing necessary documentation in a timely manner.
