Unit Overview:
The Intermediate Care Float Pool RN role is ideal for registered nurses who thrive in a dynamic setting and wish to enhance their experience in intermediate care. This position involves floating between our two campuses (Main and Saints).
As an IMC Float Pool RN, you will benefit from an additional hourly differential for floating!
Work Schedule:
- 24 or 36 hours per week
- Shifts available: 8 or 12 hours, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM or 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Every third weekend required
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience of 1-2 years in telemetry or critical care
- Current RN licensure in Massachusetts in good standing is mandatory
- BSN is highly preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications are required
- Specialized certifications such as PCCN or CVRN are preferred

Compensation Range:
