With nine openings available—one at an elementary school, three at middle schools, and five at high schools—this is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference throughout the 26-27 school year, starting as soon as possible.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate a commitment to student success, adaptability, and strong communication skills. Previous experience working in a school setting is preferred, as this background helps support both students and staff in dynamic classroom environments.

• Experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar role within a school setting is highly valued

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to teachers and assist students with academic, behavioral, and social needs
• Collaborate with educators to implement classroom activities and support individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Help maintain an inclusive, nurturing, and safe learning environment
• Track student progress and communicate observations with faculty as needed
