Key Responsibilities\n

- Manage a personal caseload of clients, cultivating positive professional relationships while adhering to ethical standards.
- Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, plan future appointments, and appropriately manage discharge when relevant.
- Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress notes to ensure compliance and support tracking of therapeutic outcomes.
- Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify the specific needs of new clients.
- Facilitate individual therapy sessions, aiming for meaningful engagement and commitment to client growth.
- Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance your professional skills and therapeutic practices.
