A travel pharmacist opportunity is available at a hospital in Berlin, NH, requiring a professional with strong inpatient pharmacy skills. This role offers a Monday through Friday schedule with 40 hours per week, including mornings and afternoons, plus rotating weekends approximately every third weekend and partial weekend shifts.

Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 7:00/7:30 AM to 4:30/5:00 PM
- Rotating weekends every third weekend
- Saturday/Sunday, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Provide inpatient pharmacy services across multiple units including ICU, Labor & Delivery, Medical/Surgical, and Emergency Department
- Independently manage pharmacy operations during weekend shifts
- Utilize Meditech electronic health record system for medication management and documentation
- Use Omnicell automated dispensing systems to ensure accurate medication distribution
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Minimum two years of hospital pharmacy experience
- Ability and willingness to work independently on weekends
- Experience with Meditech preferred
- Familiarity with Omnicell systems a plus
- Strong clinical knowledge to support diverse patient care units
