Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments using therapeutic techniques
- Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function
- Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care
- Educate patients and families on exercise programs and home care strategies
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire (or compact eligibility)
- BLS certification from American Heart Association
- Minimum 1 year of recent physical therapy experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting
- Ability to work independently and adapt to new environments
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in geriatric rehab, orthopedics, and balance training
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with electronic medical records
