Our client, a leading full-service real estate organization, is seeking a motivated Property Coordinator to join their large, thriving team. Compensation: 53K
*rate listed not guaranteed – potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range.
Applicants must be able to work onsite 5 days per week to be eligible for this position.

Responsibilities
- Optimize tenant intake processes by verifying references, performing credit assessments, and validating landlord feedback.
- Oversee lease accounts, ensuring timely rent collection and issuing notices for late payments.
- Address tenant concerns proactively, coordinating with the Property Manager on maintenance, noise complaints, or delinquent accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within property management systems, emphasizing meticulous record-keeping.
- Provide responsive communication via phone and email, referring complex issues to managerial staff.
- Organize and file lease documents both physically and electronically for easy access and compliance.
- Assist the legal team with eviction proceedings, application rejections, and related legal matters.
- Support site residents by resolving maintenance concerns and entering work orders.
- Implement marketing and leasing initiatives following company standards to promote property occupancy.
- Maintain an organized and professional work environment at all times.
- Perform additional duties related to property management as assigned by leadership.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and eagerness to develop a career in real estate.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in property management software systems and data entry, with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to multi-task effectively and work collaboratively within a team.
- Basic knowledge or interest in legal processes related to property management, such as evictions and lease administration.
- Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.
