Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs, addressing various mental health concerns.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to create and implement pre-crisis and crisis management plans, ensuring clients receive timely support during critical moments.
- Complete documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring high-quality record-keeping and timely submission of reports.
- Utilize evidence-based screening tools effectively to inform treatment decisions and improve client outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with staff across programs to develop and implement positive behavior support plans that promote client success.
- Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining familiarity with the latest standards in mental health care.
- Serve as a liaison with relevant service systems, state agencies, and local community partners to enhance collaborative efforts in client care.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels to promote the mission and values of our organization within the community.
