Director of Nursing RN

About the Role:
The Director of Nursing RN will be responsible for:

Leading and managing a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve clinical outcomes

Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure regulatory compliance and excellence in patient care

Collaborating with the medical director, therapy departments, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans

Conducting regular Rounds to ensure quality care and address any concerns or issues

Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment plans

Participating in Quality Improvement initiatives and initiatives to reduce readmissions and improve patient outcomes

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BScN) or Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
