What You’ll Do
As a CMA, you’ll provide essential clinical support to physicians, nurses, and patients, including:
- Perform blood draws, injections, immunizations, and laboratory testing.
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and procedures.
- Take and document vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration.
- Prepare and assist patients before examinations and treatments.
✅ What You Need
- At least 3 years of relevant Medical Assistant experience in a medical setting
- Completion of a formal Medical Assistant curriculum/training program
- Current Medical Assistant certification
- Current BLS (AHA) certification
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Ability to remain calm, professional, caring, and organized in a clinical environment
