We are excited to present a position in a general ENT practice that is open to subspecialties. Our organization offers a wide range of ENT services, including various in-office procedures. The role encompasses both routine and head and neck procedures, supported by a dedicated team of advanced practice providers.

While experience in allergy, chronic ear surgery, and endocrine surgery is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement. This is a hospital-employed role, and we provide a competitive salary package that includes a relocation and sign-on bonus.

Our benefits are exceptional, featuring:

  • 7 weeks of paid time off, which includes vacation, sick leave, and continuing medical education (CME)
  • A $4,500 allowance for CME activities

Division Chief Responsibilities

  • Oversee all clinical activities within the Division and conduct ongoing professional practice evaluations (OPPE) and focused professional practice evaluations (FPPE) for division members.
  • Manage all administrative functions of the Division, particularly focusing on the Ambulatory Clinic, unless otherwise specified by the hospital.
  • Continuously monitor the performance of all individuals in the Division with clinical privileges.
  • Integrate the Division into the core operations of the hospital.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between interdepartmental and intradepartmental services.
  • Regularly assess and enhance the quality of care, treatment, and services provided.
  • Orient and provide ongoing education for all Division personnel.
  • Enforce the hospital and medical staff bylaws, policies, and regulations within the Division.
  • Communicate any updates regarding policies and practices to Division members.
  • Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by the Department Chair, Medical Executive Committee (MEC), and the Board of Trustees.
