Responsibilities:
- Administer injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic procedures.
- Perform thorough assessments and consultations to determine client needs and expectations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans and follow-up care.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in aesthetic medicine.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and skincare regimens.
- Participate in marketing initiatives to promote services and attract new clients.
Requirements:
- Current NP, PA, or RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aesthetic injectables or related field.
- Experience with Dysport, Xeomin, Sculptra, PRP, IV therapy, Phlebotomy.
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients.
- Passion for providing high-quality patient care and achieving client satisfaction.
- Certification in aesthetic injectables is a plus.
- Professional demeanor and a commitment to ongoing education and training.
