Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health challenges to establish a profound understanding of their needs and collaborate on effective treatment plans.
- Facilitate individual therapy sessions using tailored approaches that foster personal growth and emotional healing.
- Set and track collaborative therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring client progress and adapting strategies as necessary for optimal outcomes.
- Offer teletherapy services for clients who prefer virtual sessions or for whom in-person visits may be challenging.
- Maintain ethical standards through accurate and timely documentation of sessions and treatment progress.
- Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of clinical advancements and therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

- A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in your state.

- Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
