Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health challenges to establish a profound understanding of their needs and collaborate on effective treatment plans.

  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions using tailored approaches that foster personal growth and emotional healing.

  • Set and track collaborative therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring client progress and adapting strategies as necessary for optimal outcomes.

  • Offer teletherapy services for clients who prefer virtual sessions or for whom in-person visits may be challenging.

  • Maintain ethical standards through accurate and timely documentation of sessions and treatment progress.

  • Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of clinical advancements and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population encompasses a diverse range of individuals dealing with various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and addiction. Qualifications\n

  • A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in your state.

  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

  • A compassionate and nonjudgmental approach to therapy, with a deep understanding of clients’ experiences and struggles.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, which will aid in effectively managing caseloads and adhering to administrative requirements.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience working in outpatient settings or private practice is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

  • Experience in addiction treatment, as well as tools and techniques for supporting long-term sobriety, is an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

  • Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
