Job Description

We are seeking a Board-Certified Neurologist for anoutpatient clinic opportunity in Dover, New Hampshire. The physician willprovide care to an adult patient population, primarily seeing established andreturning patients with a variety of neurological conditions. Full-timecoverage is preferred, but providers available for a minimum of three weeks permonth will be considered.

Compensation: $ $275 to $290 Per Hour

Schedule & Practice Details

· Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

· ShiftLength: 8-hour shifts

· Coverage: Full-time preferred; minimum of 3 weeks per monthconsidered

· CredentialingTimeframe: Approximately 90 days

· PracticeSetting: Outpatient clinic only

· PatientPopulation: Adults

· AverageDaily Volume: 12–14 patients

· AppointmentLength: Approximately 30 minutes per patient

· Patient Mix: Primarily established and returning patients

· StaffingSupport: 3 APPs and nursing staff

· Supervision: No APP supervision required

· EMR: Epic

Clinical Responsibilities

· Evaluate, diagnose, and manage adult patientswith neurological conditions.

· Provide ongoing care and follow-up forestablished patients.

· Develop individualized treatment plans andmonitor patient progress.

· Manage patients with conditions including:

o Migraines and other headache disorders

o Stroke

o Seizure disorders

o Multiple sclerosis (MS)

o Sleep disorders

o Restless leg syndrome

· Coordinate care with APPs, nursing staff, andother healthcare professionals.

· Maintain accurate and timely clinicaldocumentation.

Procedures

· No procedures required.

· No EMGs.

· No sleep studies.

Requirements

· Board certification in Neurology required.

· Active New Hampshire medical licenserequired; candidates willing to obtain an NH license will also be considered.

· Current BLS certification required.

· Active DEA registration required.

· Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.

· Currently licensed New Hampshire providerspreferred.
