Advise individuals and families on sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer, tax strategies, and asset protection matters while building long-term client relationships and contributing to firm growth.

You will play a key role in expanding the firm’s estate planning practice through exceptional legal counsel, client relationships, and strategic contributions.

What You Will Do

  • Draft and review sophisticated estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Advise clients on complex estate planning, tax planning, wealth transfer, and asset protection strategies.
  • Design and implement asset protection structures, including LLCs and specialized trusts.
  • Develop charitable giving strategies and advanced trust planning solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients’ financial advisors, care professionals, and internal teams to deliver comprehensive planning strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through trusted legal guidance and advisory services.
  • Present at seminars, webinars, and educational events to strengthen client relationships and support firm growth.
  • Contribute to practice development initiatives with the potential for future partnership.

What You Will Need

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Significant experience in estate planning and wealth transfer strategies.
  • Strong experience drafting complex estate and financial planning documents.
  • Experience advising clients on sophisticated estate planning matters.
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
  • Elder law, trust administration, or tax planning experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and interest in partnership opportunities.
