This machine operator will independently manage the operation of semi-automated power presses during the first or second shift. This role focuses on ensuring efficient machine operation, accurate equipment setup, and effective inventory handling while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate semi-automated power press machinery safely and efficiently
- Set up equipment and perform routine adjustments to meet production requirements
- Handle inventory related to machine operation and production needs
- Report shift activities and any production issues clearly and promptly
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in manufacturing or machine operation
- Knowledge of machine operation and safety compliance
- Understanding of quality control measures
