About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist Per Diem, you will:

Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including rehabilitation, long-term care, and skilled nursing facilities

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote independence, function, and safety

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction

Conduct comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and treatment sessions

Document patient progress and outcomes, as required

Demonstrate a commitment to excellence in patient care, teamwork, and professional development
Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Vermont

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
