$48 to $52 an hour with weekly pay.
We are seeking a full-time Dietitian to join our team at Cape Heritage Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Sandwich, a 120-bed skilled nursing facility. 24 hours with us in Sandwich and 16 hours a week at our sister facility in Wareham, The Tremont.
Job Responsibilities:

Monitor weights and provide nutrition intervention when necessary

Complete nutrition evaluations on admissions and weekly/monthly weight audits

Document all nutrition-related resident visits and create/update resident care plans

Provide point-of-service meal delivery and follow therapeutic diets guidelines

Educate department staff in dietary functions and oversee menu planning

Ensure quality and quantity of all food delivery and maintain sufficient inventory

Formulate menu planning within accepted therapeutic guidelines

Maintain sanitation, order, and safety in dietary services areas
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics from an accredited college or university

Current registration as a dietician by the Committee of Dietetic Registration

Active and unencumbered Dietitian and Nutritionist license in Massachusetts

Minimum one year experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing care facility or other related medical facility preferred

Training in cost control, food management, diet therapy, etc., preferred
