Duration: 12 Months on W2
Shift: Third Shift - 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Sun/Mon), 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Tue-Fri)

As an Assembler 1 at MKS Instruments, you will assemble and test units in the Sensor Department. In this role, you will report directly to the Third Shift Supervisor and work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
You Will Make an Impact By:
Performing a wide variety of electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical assembly operations on assemblies and sub-assemblies.
Following assembly methods and sequences for wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing.
Making equipment set-ups and adjustments while maintaining blueprint specifications and tolerances.
Testing products and equipment as required.
Ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to manufacturing procedures.
Skills You Bring:
0-1 year of job-related work experience.
Ability to follow work instructions and assembly processes.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with Windows-based computers.
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience.
Familiarity with electronic or mechanical assembly processes.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
Cleanroom manufacturing environment.
ITAR restricted area.
Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks.
Ability to stand, sit, and work with small components for extended periods.
