Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations with clients, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment that encompasses mental, behavioral, and emotional health.
- Design personalized treatment and intervention plans that address the unique needs of individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
- Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques to support recovery goals.
- Continuously monitor and document client progress in their treatment plan, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure effective outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to develop integrated intervention plans that enhance client care.
- Follow up with clients who may require hospitalization and work closely with attending physicians to ensure continuity of care.
- Guide and support family members and primary caregivers in managing the mental and behavioral challenges encountered by their loved ones.
- Actively work to identify barriers to recovery and develop strategies to mitigate those obstacles, promoting a supportive healing environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
The clientele at Wise Recovery Counseling Center includes a diverse mix of individuals experiencing various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will engage with clients from different backgrounds, offering tailored support that respects their unique circumstances and cultural identities. Throughout your practice, you will be instrumental in guiding clients toward mental and emotional stability, fostering resilience and personal growth.
Qualifications\n

- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.
- A proven track record as a practicing mental health counselor, demonstrating comprehensive clinical experience.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems, preferably AVATAR, to maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Knowledge of the effects and interactions of medications prescribed by medical professionals, enhancing your clinical insight.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective client interaction and documentation.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a kind and empathetic nature to connect with clients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
