Kelly Services is looking for a Machine Operator to work at a premier manufacturing client in Dover, NH.
- Pay Rate: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Shift: Monday - Friday (5:00am-1:00pm)

Job Description:
- Setting up, operating, and monitoring highly complex converting machinery to meet customer specifications and production schedules
- Troubleshooting mechanical or electrical issues affecting machine performance, making basic adjustments, and escalating maintenance concerns as needed
- Inspecting product output for quality standards and reporting non-conforming materials or production issues
- Recording and maintaining production data within designated software systems for accurate operational reporting
- Maintaining an organized work area and supporting smooth machine operation and production continuity
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bring 4-6 years of machine operation experience (preferred)
- Possess basic mechanical aptitude and are eager to learn machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting
