A school district in Massachusetts is seeking a full-time 1:1 Bilingual Spanish Paraprofessional to support a student in a middle school setting.

Assignment Dates:

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: 6/25/2026

Schedule:

• Full-Time (35–37.5 hours/week)
• Hours: 7:20 AM – 3:10 PM

Position Overview:

• Provide 1:1 support to a middle school student
• Support both academic learning and personal care needs
• Ensure student safety, engagement, and participation throughout the school day

Responsibilities:

• Provide bathroom assistance (dressing/undressing, diaper changing, wiping)
• Support classroom instruction and learning activities
• Assist with behavior support and redirection as needed
• Ensure continuous supervision and student safety
• Promote engagement and participation in school activities

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• PLUS one of the following: Associate’s degree / Minimum of 48 college credits
• Passing ParaPro or WorkKeys assessment
• Prior school-based paraprofessional experience (required)
• Must be comfortable with personal care responsibilities
• Bilingual Spanish preferred/required
