Job DescriptionCHARGE RN – MED/SURG:

• Charge Experience Required.
• Minimum 2 Years Current Med/Surg Experience.
• Critical Access Hospital Experience Required.
• Must Be Willing to Float to the ED.
• No Locals – Permanent address must be 50+ miles from the facility.
• Previous Travel Experience: Highly Preferred.
• BSN: Highly Preferred.
• NH RN License Required – Compact Allowed.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

• BLS – AHA.
• ACLS – AHA.
• PALS – AHA.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

• Work History.
• Med/Surg Skills Checklist.
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference from the Past Year.
• License Verification.
• Current BLS, ACLS & PALS Documentation.
• Permanent Address.
• RTO at Submission.
