Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will comprise diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts. By employing a holistic approach, you will help clients explore their emotional, behavioral, and cognitive patterns to cultivate resilience and healthy coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related field is required.
  • \n

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Vermont.
  • \n

  • Proven experience working effectively with a wide range of client backgrounds and presenting issues.

  • Strong familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.

  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.

  • A self-starter who excels in both independent and collaborative team settings.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with at least 2 years of directly relevant experience in counseling or therapeutic settings. Experience in a remote work environment is a plus, as you will need to demonstrate proficiency in using telehealth technology to deliver effective counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this role ranges between $90,000 and $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
