Certified Dietary Manager – Hadley Pointe Nursing &amp; Rehabilitation | Hadley, MA

We’re looking for a Certified Dietary Manager who will:

Lead and oversee daily dietary operations
</li>
<li>
Ensure quality, nutritious meals and excellent resident satisfaction
</li>
<li>
Manage dietary staff, scheduling, and department workflow
</li>
<li>
Maintain compliance with all dietary and food-safety regulations
</li>
<li>
Work closely with nursing and facility leadership
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential required/ SERV safe Certification 
</li>
<li>
Long-term care/SNF experience preferred
</li>
<li>
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
</li>
</ul>
