Production Associate (Trimming, Packing & Quality Inspection)

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate responsible for trimming parts, packaging finished products, inspecting for quality and defects, and assisting with basic machine operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, attentive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Trim excess material from parts according to specifications and standards

Inspect products for quality, identifying defects or inconsistencies

Sort and separate acceptable and defective parts

Package finished goods accurately and safely for shipment

Operate and monitor basic machinery as needed (training provided)

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Report equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors

Requirements:
Must be able to speak, read and understand English.
Must be able to bend, twist & lift.
