Location: Chelsea, MA
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Sunday 4:30 AM until finish; Monday through Thursday, 2nd Shift

Wicked Staffing Solutions is seeking a Bilingual On-Site Coordinator for a busy manufacturing and food production facility in Chelsea, MA. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working directly with employees and client partners to ensure staffing, productivity, safety, and operational success.

The On-Site Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact between Wicked Staffing Solutions, our client, and our workforce. This position is responsible for coordinating daily staffing needs, tracking attendance, supporting employee relations, enforcing safety and GMP standards, and ensuring employees are prepared and positioned for success.

Key Responsibilities

Staffing & Workforce Management

Coordinate daily staffing levels to meet client production requirements.
Ensure employees are assigned to the appropriate workstations and arrive on time for shift start.
Monitor daily attendance, document absences, no-call/no-shows, resignations, and other workforce issues.
Process vacation requests, leaves of absence, and schedule adjustments in coordination with HR.
Fill client staffing needs quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Employee Relations & Leadership

Mentor, coach, and support employees to promote a productive work environment.
Address performance concerns through counseling and documentation.
Administer verbal and written warnings as appropriate and coordinate with HR on disciplinary matters.
Assist with employee performance evaluations alongside client supervisors.
Ensure all employees are treated fairly, respectfully, and in accordance with company policies.

Safety & Compliance

Enforce GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and company safety standards.
Ensure employees consistently wear required PPE on the production floor.
Assist with workplace safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
Manage workers' compensation paperwork and assist with incident investigations.
Support HR with employee complaints, investigations, and corrective action processes.

Communication & Operations

Maintain professional communication with employees, supervisors, managers, and client representatives.
Monitor employee breaks and meal periods to maintain production schedules.
Assist with training and retraining employees as needed.
Communicate proactively with management regarding staffing, safety, and operational concerns.
Maintain confidentiality regarding employee information, company procedures, and client relationships.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of leadership, supervisory, lead, or on-site coordination experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
Fluent in English and either Spanish or Haitian Creole (spoken and written).
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
Self-motivated, dependable, and professional.
Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in stressful situations.
Reliable attendance is required.
