Job DescriptionMaintenance DirectorAgawam South Rehab & Nursing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional with leadership experience who is committed to maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for our residents, visitors, and staff.Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per yearAs our Maintenance Director, you will oversee the daily operations of the Maintenance Department, ensuring the facility, equipment, and grounds are properly maintained and compliant with all applicable state and federal regulations.
