Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license; eligibility for Vermont credentialing preferred
  • Experience providing assessments and interventions for pediatric populations
  • Prior work in school-based or similar settings desirable
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and conduct relevant documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and diagnostics for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support academic and functional communication goals
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Track student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Provide guidance and resources to school staff and parents
  • Maintain thorough records ensuring compliance with federal, state, and district requirements
