Required Skills & Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist license
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
Prior experience working with children in PreK-6 and K-12 environments
Strong background in school-based or pediatric speech therapy preferred
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered therapeutic practices

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative speech and language services to students across various grade levels, with emphasis on early childhood and elementary populations
Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and communication disorders
Engage with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success and IEP compliance
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state regulations
Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and progress updates as needed
