You do not need to leave your current legal practice.
This can be built alongside your existing career and scaled based on your goals, availability, and market.

What You’ll Do
● Leverage your legal background to provide a higher level of insight throughout real estate transactions
● Provide perspective on contracts, negotiations, risk awareness, and transaction-related issues
● Support buyers, sellers, agents, and other real estate professionals
● Assist with complex transactions where strong communication and problem-solving matter
● Build relationships with agents, lenders, title companies, investors, business owners, and attorneys
● Develop your own real estate business and client network
● Help expand the Attorney Backed Agents® platform in your local market

What We’re Looking For
● Active law license in good standing
● 2+ years of legal experience preferred
● Real estate, contracts, litigation, title, land use, or business-law experience preferred
● Strong communication and negotiation skills
● Entrepreneurial mindset
● Interest in building relationships and generating business
● Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one
You do not need to leave your law firm, close your practice, or make an immediate career change.
Compensation
Estimated opportunity: $50,000–$250,000+ annually
Compensation may include real estate commissions, business development opportunities, leadership opportunities, and other performance-based income.
The opportunity can start as an additional income stream and potentially grow into something much larger.
