Job DescriptionOperating Room RN - DaysAn Operating Room RN is needed for a day-shift opening in Concord, Massachusetts 01742. The position is based at 133 Old Road to Nine Acre Corner and follows a three-day weekly schedule.
The RN will provide operating room coverage and participate in a rotating call schedule assigned according to unit needs. Baseline call is approximately one backup day every other week and one 24-hour weekend call shift each month, with additional call possible when required.Position Details

Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing support for scheduled operating room procedures.
- Prepare for assigned cases and coordinate care with the surgical team.
- Maintain required operating room documentation and follow established procedures.
- Participate in the stated call rotation and respond to unit scheduling needs.
- Support safe, organized care throughout the perioperative workflow.
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts RN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Ability to work three 12-hour day shifts each week.
- Availability for rotating weekday backup and weekend call coverage.
