Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans that address their unique circumstances.
- Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote positive behavioral change.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate high-quality client care.
- Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with strategies to manage symptoms and facilitate support systems.
- Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes and adapt to evolving needs.
- Effectively document session notes and treatment plans in compliance with clinic policies and state regulations to ensure continuity of care.
- Engage in regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
