Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid SLPA credential or state license required
  • Previous school-based experience as an SLPA is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to various student needs and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Organized, dependable, and passionate about student support

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language interventions to students under supervision of an SLP
  • Follow established treatment plans and contribute to progress documentation
  • Collect and record data on student goals and performance
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate communication strategies into the classroom
  • Maintain compliance with all district, state, and federal service requirements
