Desired Qualifications:

• Proof of high school diploma required
• Previous experience in a school environment strongly preferred
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to one-on-one or group-based student needs
• Commitment to supporting a safe and inclusive educational atmosphere
• Three completed professional references (including your most recent manager) must be submitted before the interview

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in implementing lesson plans
• Provide guidance and support to students individually or in small groups
• Help maintain a structured and supportive classroom environment
• Encourage positive behaviors and monitor student engagement
• Foster independence, social skills, and academic progress for all learners
• Manage assigned duties during school hours with a professional and caring attitude

This contract position runs from ASAP through mid-June 2027, with regular school hours and a 32.5-hour workweek (accommodating middle and high school schedules).
