Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team at Stellar Health Group. As a valued member of our nursing staff, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
Responsibilities:

Provide certified nursing assistant services to assigned residents in accordance with care plans, facility policies, and procedures
-
Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
-
Assist with lifting, turning, and moving residents, and provide support with mobility and transfers
-
Coordinate dining room services, including set-up, meal tray delivery, and feeding assistance
-
Deliver nutritional supplements to residents and document intake
-
Assist with weighing residents and tracking skin condition
-
Complete flow sheets daily to indicate task completion and document progress
-
Maintain accurate records and reports, and keep supervisor informed of resident's condition and any changes
Requirements:
-
Licensed Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Current CPR/BLS certification
-
At least one year of experience as a certified nursing assistant in long-term care

Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification
