508dentist is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Patient Care Coordinator/Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our practice!

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and welcoming front office environment
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software
- Answer incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and route messages appropriately
- Verify dental insurance benefits and assist patients with coverage questions
- Process patient check-out, collect co-pays, and handle billing transactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and demographic information
- Coordinate treatment plans and follow up with patients to encourage appointment compliance
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a dental or medical front office setting preferred
- Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
- Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-centered demeanor
- High school diploma or equivalent required
