Job Description SUMMARY: Creates material lists from architectural plans for outside sales force and assists with engineering for architectural department on an as needed basis. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. • Present a friendly and accommodating atmosphere, helping our customers determine their needs and facilitate their request efficiently and accurately. • Present a professional appearance and abide by the guidelines outlined in the employee handbook. • Creates accurate material lists from architectural plans provided by customers or outside sales people. • Turns plans around within an acceptable timeframe to ensure top notch customer service. • Performs engineering duties and site visits for architectural department on an as needed basis. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Employee works in an office setting, but occasionally will visit job sites.
