We’re hiring a Manufacturing Associate in Newburyport, MA for a full-time 1st shift role paying $20–$22/hr. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with physical work and machine operation.

***MUST HAVE VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE***

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $20–$22/hr (DOE)

What You’ll Do

• Load parts into tumblers for finishing and drying
• Run parts through cleaning/separation equipment
• Inspect parts for visual defects
• Package finished parts for shipment
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
• Set up and operate automatic scales
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Support daily production goals with the team

What You Bring

• Comfortable working in a physical, hands-on environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Mechanically inclined with basic math skills
• Strong reliability and work ethic
• Basic record-keeping and organization skills
• Own transportation required

Preferred Background

• Manufacturing, construction, or landscaping experience
• Experience operating machinery or warehouse equipment
