Picture your night beginning at 6:45pm. You clock in, greet your crew, and review the production plan. You’ll verify item and lot numbers, check quantities, and make sure the line is ready to blend and extrude custom polymer compounds. Through the night you’ll monitor quality, record results clearly, and keep the area clean and safe—because manufacturing is a team sport, and every play matters.

What You’ll Do

  • Follow written and verbal work instructions to keep production on spec and on schedule.
  • Verify manufacturing data: item numbers, lot numbers, and quantities before and during runs.
  • Accurately document production information on all required forms.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and a safe, organized work environment.
  • Stay alert to personal and team safety at all times.
  • Use basic computer skills to complete ongoing computer-based training.

Advanced Skills We Value

  • Experience with blending operations and extruder setups.
  • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude.
  • Leadership capabilities on the floor.
  • Proper, safe fork truck operation.

Physical Demands

  • Lift up to 55 lbs as needed.
  • Stand for extended periods during 12-hour shifts.
  • Regularly climb, bend, and stretch.

Schedule

This opening is for the night shift: 6:45pm–7:00am. Our 12-hour schedule runs seven workdays every two weeks on a repeating rotation:

  • Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday
  • Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

Built-in overtime includes Sundays and all hours over 40 each week. Voluntary overtime may also be available.
