Responsibilities:

- Provide hands-on personal care, including mobility transfers and incontinence care

- Assist with ambulation and exercises

- Monitor vital signs and communicate changes in condition

- Support clients with chronic conditions, post-surgery, or rehab

- Collaborate with families and care team

Requirements:

- Active CNA or HHA certification in Massachusetts

- Minimum 1 year of direct care experience

- Ability to handle physical tasks (transfers, lifting, etc.)

- Strong attention to detail and documentation

- TB test, physical exam, and background check required
