A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in telespeech services, supporting students within a school environment in Fall River, MA. This role focuses on delivering remote speech therapy to students, ensuring their communication needs are met effectively through virtual platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations via telespeech methods.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
- Deliver remote therapeutic interventions to enhance speech and language abilities.
- Collaborate with educators and caregivers to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes.
- Utilize technology proficiently to engage students and monitor progress.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist licensure.
- Proven experience in telespeech or teletherapy services.
- Strong understanding of speech and language developmental milestones.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suitable for a virtual setting.
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to remote delivery formats.
- Familiarity with various telecommunication platforms and software.
